Full Service Wedding Planning and Design

Planning the wedding you’ve dreamed about can be a full-time job. It takes many, many hours to do the research, design, plan, meet with and hire event professionals, etc. etc. For the busy couple, it becomes stressful and overwhelming. We understand that you still wish to have control of your wedding and you will! Our job is to handle all the planning and details that you don’t have the time for, while maintaining your needs, wishes, budget, and style in the process. Full Service Planning

When you hire Master Bridal Consultant™ Carmen Mesa as your wedding planner, you will work with her to create a wedding celebration that is a true reflection of your love for each other. From selecting the venue to choose the smallest details, Carmen will guide you through the planning process to make your wedding one of a kind.

Planning, Design and Coordination Services

  • Detailed initial meeting (2 hours) to discuss your wedding style, vision and budget management
  • Ongoing access to planner for professional advice and guidance with consultation via email and phone during regular business hours
  • Tools to help you track tasks, budget, guest list, and more
  • Marriage License information
  • Hotel specialist to help you with blocking rooms for your out-of-town guests
  • Honeymoon planning (Carmen is Sandals/Beaches Certified Weddingmoon and Destination Specialist)
  • Etiquette advisement
  • Assistance in establishing color combinations, theme and design concepts
  • Assistance with selecting the locations for your ceremony and reception
  • Set up and attend meetings, when necessary, with vendors
  • Recommendations based on your budget and style for, with a minimum of three (3) pre-screened professionals for each service needed, (Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Chairs, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Officiants, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, Gown shops, etc.). Referrals are solely based on professionals’ reputation, our own research and experience and the experiences of clients and other wedding professionals.
  • Place orders for any rental items (chairs, linens, draping, lounge furniture, dance floor, specialized china, glassware, flatware, trees, props, etc)
  • Assist with selection and design of all wedding stationery, including save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menu cards and escort cards
  • Review proposals and terms of final contracts with referred service professionals
  • Attend Menu Selection, banquet set-up meetings and tastings with catering manager and client
  • Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
  • Schedule and manage transportation services for your wedding day, as needed
  • Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors one week before wedding date and review unloading, set-up and breakdown procedures
  • Two-hour detail finalization and venue walk-through meeting with couple 30 days before the wedding to review the wedding week schedule and finalize all arrangements
  • Information letters/emails sent to wedding party and parents with important dates, times and instructions, as needed
  • Assist the ceremony Officiate and orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family
  • Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional
  • Coordinate with banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans
  • Supervise the setup of the ceremony and reception locations
  • Floral distribution of bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres
  • Direct guest seating and program distribution
  • Assist with set up – Seating Cards, Menus, Favors, Sign-in book, gifts, etc.
  • Work with band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet and Garter Toss (as applicable)
  • Onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day (Lead Planner and 1 Assistant)
  • Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Collect any personal items at the end of the event
  • Pack wedding night snack for the couple, if applicable
  • Handle any last minute changes, additions or problems
  • Use of extensive wedding day emergency kit

Investment: starting at $6500.00

(Additional fees may apply for weddings outside Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade Counties, weddings at home or at venues that require extensive set-up, weddings over 150 guests and weddings that require travel between two locations.

Additional Enhancements:

Design and Creation of Welcome Bags

Provide suggestions, gather contents and deliver guest welcome bags at up to two locations. Cost of materials will be billed separately.

Guest List Tracking

Monitor responses to your invitations including meal choices, and call non-respondents to assure a proper guest count. You will have access to a shared spreadsheet so that you have up-to-date access to responses.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

Recommend locations for the rehearsal dinner, assist with securing event professionals as needed, and oversee the event.

Post-Wedding Brunch Design and Coordination

Recommend locations for the post-wedding brunch, assist with securing event professionals as needed, and oversee the event.

Additional Set/Strike Labor

Including, but not limited to, setting tables, linens, placing chair covers and sashes, setting up ceremony chairs, etc.

Partial Planning and Wedding Day Coordination

We offer this service for the couple that has already accomplished some of the important details (for example, you’ve secured your ceremony and reception locations, established your guest count and budget), but still need guidance and direction on how to proceed with the remainder of the planning. We’ll assist you with your design concept and recommend the services of event professionals (vendors) you have not yet secured.
This service is customized based on your needs, whether one or more locations, etc. Please contact us for more information on how we can assist you and our fees.

Final Stage (“Day of”) Coordination

You’ve planned and designed most of the elements of your wedding, but may still need some guidance and recommendations. We will review all the plans you’ve made, make sure that your vision will be executed, assist in planning any final details, and contact all the vendors that you’ve contracted with. On your wedding day, you’ll be worry-free and able to enjoy every moment.

Final Stage Planning and Wedding Day Direction

This service is perfect for the couple who has done all of the hard work, logged all of the hours and spent many a day and night planning their wedding. Final Stage service provides dependable and professional assistance and will ensure that all of the elements of your ceremony and reception run smoothly.

  • Ongoing access to planner for professional advice and guidance with consultation via email and phone during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
  • Honeymoon planning (Carmen is Sandals/Beaches Certified Weddingmoon and Destination Specialist)
  • Confirm orders for any rental items (chairs, linens, draping, lounge furniture, dance floor, specialized china, glassware, flatware, trees, props, etc)
  • Contact and review final contracts with the wedding professionals you’ve hired and introduce our staff as “day of” contacts
  • Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors one week before wedding date
  • Site inspection of ceremony and reception sites and meeting with couple 30 days before the wedding to review the wedding week schedule and finalize all arrangements
  • Assist Officiant and orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family
  • Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional
  • Coordinate with catering/banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans
  • Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception locations
  • Floral distribution of bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres
  • Direct guest seating and program distribution
